Thoughts spread and bloom
just as yellow dandelions dot the meadow.
It begins with one flower
which has sprung from the earth,
from the dust and dirt,
to illuminate the ground
with its vibrant color.
It continues with one seed
which has travelled and taken root
somewhere new
where another flower will grow.
One by one,
flower by flower,
the dandelions cover the field-
once devoid of life
and bereft of hope
now teeming with love,
and brimming with Thought.
