When I had first begun,

The Monster Trap was number one.

After years of picture books, I became bored.

Then, with Magic Tree House, my imagination soared.

In third grade, the “Wizarding World” made me the A.R. Point King,

But to me, Harry Potter, was everything.

Just two years later, I felt defeated by the Witch.

For quite a long time, I believed reading was no longer my niche.

Eventually, there came a man by the name of Louie.

His inspiring story reawakened the reader flowing through me.

What is the point? you may ask. Why should I read?

The answer is simple: your passion will be freed
