After eight years since the last episode aired, “Phineas and Ferb” is soon to come back after a new deal with Disney.

“Phineas and Ferb” was one of my favorite shows as a kid, and I could not be more thrilled to see new episodes being released soon. The show's creator and voice of the character “Dr. Doofenshmirtz,” Dan Povenmire, has stated that they are in the process of making new episodes now.

Just like many others, I was very surprised about this news as there is only so much a show can put in 104 days of summer vacation, but with 189 episodes and two movies, I think that they can squeeze some more material in. I specifically enjoy how they would embark on completely new stories every episode. From building roller coasters to traveling through dimensions, the creators are always coming up with new and creative ideas to keep the show fresh and exciting.

One of the spectacular things about the reunion of the show is that all the voice actors are coming back to play their roles as well, which is a very rare occurrence after such a long break. I am excited about this because new voices for characters might have ruined the nostalgia from the original series and could have turned people away from the show.

Another loveable aspect of the show is that it appeals to all ages. The humor is timeless and it has very clever writing. The show also features a group of very diverse characters each with their own personality that almost everyone can relate to.

Overall, “Phineas and Ferb” is an awesome show that captured the hearts of many people. It was a must-watch show then, and it is a must-watch show now. The return of this show for two more seasons is a cause for celebration, and I am very grateful it has decided to come back.
